Thank you for your review. Your order was shipped after 15 days, please note Breedwell products are ordered in weekly as per the product page, not all items are in stock. Aus Post then took 6 days to deliver the order, I can see on your tracking that they incorrectly sorted the parcel resulting in it landing in Queensland which added a few extra days travel time which is outside of our control (total 3 weeks to get to you). Glad you are happy with the Arm Bands!
